Authority has planned for development of 21000 Nos. residential plots in Sector 18 and 20. Construction of 60Mtr wide and 100Mtr wide road in Sector 18 are under construction through various agencies. Plot size of 300sqm, 500sqm, 1000sqm, 2000sqm and 4000sqm are planned in Sector – 20 .At present internal development of pocket U is under progress. Tenders for remaining Internal works have been invited. Work of 5 Nos. overhead tanks also have been awarded.
